Barre is a collaboration of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training choreographed to music. It is a fun energizing workout at the ballet barre using balls, bands and small weights. C² Barre workouts lift, tone and sculpt as well as define and strengthen your core muscles.
A total body challenge that’s safe, intense and progressive! Our Barre classes came about as a result of the inspiration of two longtime friends with extensive experience in Pilates, physical therapy and personal training. This program will leave you feeling invigorated, motivated and with a real sense of achievement.
